Biography
Michael Böcher holds the Chair of Political Science and Sustainable Development at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. Here, he deals with bioeconomy, environmental and climate policy, and rural development, among other topics. He also conducts research on scientific policy advice. In 2021, he and his team received an Environmental Award of the state capital of Magdeburg.
